1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SyS Publicidad website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Services

SyS Publicidad offers various technological and advertising services, including but not limited to:

• Software and Website Development
• Artificial Intelligence Solutions
• Email Marketing
• DevOps and System Administration
• Domain and DNS Management
• Print Services

3. Payment Terms

For project development and service provision, unless otherwise specified in a formal written contract, our standard payment terms are:

• 50% upfront payment at the start of the project or before the commencement of service.
• 50% on delivery once the project or service is completed, prior to publication or final handover of access credentials.

Failure to make payments within the agreed timeframes may result in project suspension or withholding of deliverables.

4. SLA and Uptime Guarantee

We strive to provide a 99.9% uptime for the infrastructure and intermediation services we manage directly. However, we are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, or domain registrars) or force majeure events.

5. User Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing necessary information and content within the agreed timeframes to avoid delaying project development. For domain management, the client must provide explicit authorization for transfers and configurations.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the source code, design, and structure developed by SyS Publicidad remain the company's property until full payment is made by the client. Upon full payment, the client obtains the agreed usage license or full ownership as stipulated in their specific contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SyS Publicidad, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of San Salvador, El Salvador.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
